Established as “All Japan Radio and Television Service Inc.” with a capital fund of 56 million yen
Aug. 1969
Commenced business activities in the Kangin Minami Annex Building located at 1-2-1, Uchisaiwai-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
Successively established branch offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Kumamoto, Sendai, Sapporo, and Matsuyama, and a resident office in Fukuoka
Oct. 1971
Headquarters moved to 1, Shibakotohira-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo
January 1973
Headquarters moved to 41-1, Udagawa-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
June 1974
Increased capital fund to 96 million yen
April 1988
Headquarters moved to 4-14, Kamiyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
